We clean and polish the hams, press them lightly maintaining the original shape of the piece and vacuum pack them for better conservation and longer shelf life. In this way you get a format without any waste to the cut.

Bone, clean and polish the hams in the format of centers, half centers and fourth parts, we give them a soft pressing in the shape of a pear, and vacuum packed. A high performance format is obtained for slicing, with minimal waste, preserving the appearance and natural shape of the slice. The cutting of this product is recommended to do it by machine. These pieces have a weight of 5 to 6kg the whole ones, and of approximately 3Kgs the half pieces.
