Todos nuestros jamones y paletas ibéricos son elaborados mediante un lento periodo de curación.
Toda nuestra producción la compramos en fresco de mataderos de la zona de Extremadura y Andalucía, y posteriormente llevamos a cabo todo el proceso de elaboración en nuestras instalaciones de una forma tradicional.
