These are two typical products of León and especially the areas of El Bierzo and La Maragatería. They are elaborated in the foothills of Mount Teleno, which thanks to the dry and cold winds that these Maragatas Lands can make possible the healing of these exquisite and traditional sausages that can be cooked together.
