It is packaged in vacuum in aproximately 400 g. With the traditional flavor of goat, stuffed in natural tripe and the best selected goat meat and with the slightly smoked touch.

Elaboration

Generally the process takes the following steps:

  • Mincing and preparing the mass, choosing the best of the fresh lean pork and homemade marinated products.
  • Stuffing  always in natural casing
  • Drying and curing process. Slow aire curing process in our natural dryers for a short time
  • During the curing process, the sausages are submitted to a slight smoked process
