Elaboration

Fresh pork meat in vacuum package, ideal for roasts and stews. All this vacuum packaging for better preservation . To cook our brined lacon we carefully select these pieces of pork and salted by immersion in brine. Subsequently the vacuum pack it for better conservation

Nutritional info

Ingredients: Pork knee, sugar, salt, antioxidants, (E-301, E-331) and preservatives (E-250,  E-252).
