The botillo is elaborated with rib, tail, tongue, lean and pig’s spine, marinated and stuffed in natural casing. The ingredients of The Androlla are loin leather and cheek meat, marinated and stuffed in natural casing, it differs from the botillo in that it does not carry bones.
