Elaboration

These two products are made in the foothills of Mount Teleno. The dry and cold winds that cross these Maragatas Lands make possible the healing of these exquisite and traditional sausages for cooking. The botillo is elaborated with rib, tail, tongue, lean and pig’s spine, marinated and stuffed in natural casing. The ingredients of The Androlla are loin leather and cheek meat, marinated and stuffed in natural casing, it differs from the botillo in that it does not carry bones.
