Chorizo de León
Another main product of Cecinas Pablo is the Chorizo de León. It’s a traditional cold meat from León, a region in Spain. It is made with first quality ingredients: lean pork, paprika, salt, garlic and oregano. This
chorizo is slightly smoked with oak or holk-oak wood.
The climate from the region (cold and frosts) benefits the curing process of this cold meat. The result is a delicious natural product, with no additives or preservatives. This makes the product appropriate for lactose or gluten free diets.

Chorizo de León minced for cooking
As well, you can enjoy of traditional Chorizo de León with a new minced format such as an accompaniment of your favourites dishes; pies, pasta or pizza. supplied in a packaging of 200 grs. with a shelf life of 3 months and is recommended to keep refrigerated for a better conservation.As shown on the picture it is lightly bigger than Serrano ham and Cecina, because of that the using of this product is more adapted for this type of dishes.
