Sausages
Our sausages are made exclusively with selected lean pork, paprika, salt, garlic and oregano. It is stuffed in natural gut and left to cure slowly.
The main characteristics of our sausages are based on a traditional preparation, which maintains the “lifelong” methods, such as stuffing in natural casings, curing and natural smoking with holm oak and oak firewood.
By company policy, we try to use in our sausages the minimum of artificial additives that we can, as long as it does not compromise the food safety of the product.

Green chorizo cutting ready
The Green Chorizo made by Cecinas Pablo uses the best lean selected, and replaces the traditional paprika with Green Pepper and Chlorophyll, to obtain a different color and flavor, and put a new note of color to a dish as traditional as chorizo. In this case with a longer cure and presented already peeled and pre-cut vacuum packaging in a format of approximately 300g.
