Chorizo de León. Sweet and hot
Chorizo de León with its characteristical flavor of the region, stuffed in natural tripes and pointing out the lightly smoked flavor using oak or holm oak wood. It is one of the most representative products of our region. We package it in vacuum into individual pieces with aN aproximately weight of 470g.

Deboned ham all cleaned and molded
Our ham has been deboned, cleaned and polished, in which we apply a soft press process in order to mould it in pear shape for a better consumption. A high-performance of the piece with the advantage that all slices will have the same shape and size. Very useful to slice by machine without wastage.
The weight of this ham is about 5 -6kg.

Cured and cooked beef tongue
The beef tongue is cured and marinated with paprika and then cooked. A very tender and tasty sausage is thus obtained. It can be consumed in very thin slices, with a little bit of olive oil and vinegar from Modena, as if it were a carpaccio or used to prepare more elaborate dishes. It combines very well with sweet Asian sauces.

Stifle all cleaned
We clean and polish the center leg piece of cecina, these pieces are submitted to a lightly press process in order to keep the original shape and then we package them in vacuum, for a better preservation and ease of use and consumption. . These polished pieces have a weight around 4.5kg.
