premio 2018 cecinas pablo

The Jury of the ANICE 2018 Awards, composed of representatives of the Meat Industry Association, sectorial organizations, the media and public and private organizations, awards the ANICE 2018 Award “José Flores to innovation” to CECINAS PABLO, S.A. for its Carnicos, Crucox and Cruchips snacks.

An award that the organization awards in the category of Innovation to those personalities, companies and institutions that have opted for R + D + I as a tool of competitiveness in the meat sector, and / or that have developed new products, technologies or processes.

This award is for Cecinas Pablo the recognition of a 2-year project, approved by the CDTi (Ministry of Industry), for the development and commercialization of an original range of dehydrated beef snacks under the “Crucox” and “Cruchips” brands. ” A range of novel articles in the field of beef products as a demonstration of the constant innovative effort made by Pablo Cecinas to adapt to the expectations of consumers and market trends.

“Crucox” is a tasty meat snack of dried beef jerky, which only uses beef and salt, without additives or preservatives, and “Cruchips” are amazing slices of dried beef as crispy chips but meat. Both represent a novel way to enjoy a meat snack. Some healthy products that also preserve all the properties of meat, being therefore a source of proteins of high biological value, and with a low content of fats, carbohydrates and calories.

The awards were presented in Madrid, in an act included in the Assembly of ANICE, which took place yesterday, Thursday, March 22, in the Assembly Hall of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness, Paseo de la Castellana.

The ANICE Award was presented to Pablo Barros Cordero, CEO of Cecinas Pablo, S.A., by Carlos Cabanas, Secretary General of Agriculture and Food of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment (MAPAMA).

Cecinas Pablo is proud to receive this prestigious award, with great repercussion within the national meat sector, which last year, in its 2017 edition, was awarded to the National Institute of Agricultural and Food Research and Technology (INIA).
