The holder of Agriculture valued that the company is “an example of what the agri-food industry can do from Castilla y León”, emphasizing that Cecinas Pablo is a company that also “is constantly growing and innovating.” In this line, Marcos showed the commitment of the factory for quality snacks – Crucox and Cruchips Light – that marry “perfectly” with the diversification of the label Tierra de Sabor. Specifically, Cecinas Pablo has several products covered under this guarantee brand. «Of the ten products that the great chefs have determined as ‘Groumet’, two are from this company: the chorizo de León and the cured tongue», explained the counselor, which makes them «present in the best restaurants in the world» , He said.
In addition, the owner of the area stressed that the new facilities will allow more space for slicing, opening a cooking room and a space for these innovative products. “They will also allow reordering and separating the bovine product from pigs which will favor exports to Arab countries,” said the minister, for whom the company is a “clear example” of effort and “for our own”, for the food and agriculture sector.
