"It has a very good taste. I observe that the quality of the Iberian ham is excellent, due to the exceptional salt-technique, maturation and the exhaustive selection of the pigs, they are so excellent, that they have not to envy anything to the bellota ham. I have detected that a lot of Japanese palate have noticed the same. This is an excellent product with a good quality-price relation. I am waiting anxious for the possibility to import the cecina to the Japanese market. In my opinion, this is also a very promising product."
