With 4200 m2 surface, we have special zones for cutting the beef-, pork- and sheep-meat and also for producing the sausages and salt-products.
The cured beef becomes the star product of our wide product-list offered to our customers. The main reason of the hegemony of the cured cecina over other products depends surely on the careful elaboration, especially the traditional artisan production and control of each first class raw material and also the careful presentation.
This product with its special and unique taste is no more only reserved for a selective minority; actually it has a lot of fans in- and outside our frontiers.
In the wide CECINAS PABLO product-list, it will be necessary to mentioned, further to the cured beef, also the ham and the sausages of the white pig, as well as the wide product-list of the Iberian products: Ham, Paleta, Lomo, Morcones, Chorizo and Salchichones. All of them elaborated with special selected Iberian raw materials.
